Yamahas line of pro saxophones has long been synonymous with quality. They are fabulously well built, very ergonomically friendly and produce a wonderful sound. The 82z was designed to have a powerful expressive sound, inspired by vintage horns such as the Selmer Mk VI. It is a very free blowing horn and as you would expect the intonation and evenness of scale is incredible.
This one is brand new. It is new old stock from the Woodwind Exchange days and has only been out of the box for photographing.
