The Selmer SA80 series 2 is Selmers best selling saxophone ever and it has become an industry standard instrument for classical and jazz players alike. It is a traditional feeling instrument with a touch more resistance than you might expect and a very balanced tonal palate allowing every player express their sound to its fullest. In short they are a wonderful sounding and well built professional tenor.
This one is the Jubilee edition which features beautiful hand engraved floral patterns on the bell and a Henri Selmer signature as well as mechanical tweaks to make the horn lighter and more efficient. Truly a joy to play.
