Selmer Mk VI saxophones are probably the most revered of all the vintage horns. Played worldwide by discerning professionals as well as being sought after by collectors, they are wonderful instruments. Selmer produced saxophones long before the Mark VI however; and this is one of their first.

This Modele 22 is finished in what appears to be its original nickel plate and has beautiful engraving. It is free from any major damage and doesn’t show any signs of any previous major repair work. It has a lovely, warm, direct sound and is playing well on an older set of pads but we would recommend re-padding if it was to become your primary instrument.
