Yanagisawa have been making some of the finest saxophones in the world out of their small family run factory in japan for decades, with history dating back to 1893. The 992 model with its solid bronze body, neck, bell and bow, now superseded by the WO20, is regarded as one of the best and most popular saxes that they produce. It offers an amazing balance of warmth and brightness, paired with great tuning, intonation, and ergonomics.
