Selmer Mk VI saxophones are possibly the most revered of all the ‘vintage’ instruments out there. They are commonly held (by players and technicians alike) to be the pinnacle of saxophone manufacturing and are the choice of seasoned professionals, enthusiastic amateurs, and collectors all over the world. They are truly a joy to play, both ergonomically and tonally. Production years range from 1954-1975.

This Selmer Mk VI soprano has the serial number 211XXX which puts it at 1973 for year of production. It is in wonderful playing condition and is finished in its original lacquer which is practically mint. It also comes in its original case and is a wonderful example of a Mk VI soprano.
